Building a marketplace
for AI-powered apps
ABOUT
PromptForm is a platform that enables users to build complex apps using over 70 AI models, with no technical expertise required. As demand for AI solutions grows, stakeholders saw an opportunity and requested a marketplace feature where creators and agencies could list and sell apps and services.
I led the design of this feature, collaborating closely with developers, partners, and app builders. The marketplace is currently in development, receiving positive feedback, with plans for launch and further refinement
PROBLEM
How might we enable builders to monetize their apps while making it easy for users to discover and purchase them?
solution
Through collaboration with stakeholders, partners, and builders, we identified key features and developed detailed, step-by-step flows for each user type. Builders were equipped with tools to manage their listings, offer services, and track sales, while users had access to search filters and a review system to find the right apps.
We completed over 50+ screens three iterations of sketches, gathering feedback after each to refine the design and ensure all needs were addressed
